Trespassers
Is you see a trespasser on the lake, call TPD at 891-4200 or the Sheriff's Department at 922-3300. Both agencies have signed trespass warrants on file and are authorized to arrest a trespasser on association common areas.
Barking Dogs
To file a complaint about barking dogs, please contact Tallahassee Police Department (TPD) at 891-4200. They will follow up the complaint with Animal Services for compliance.
Boom Box
This offense carries a $120.00 fine and is considered a civil offense. Please remind your teens to turn down the loud music!

Lawn Maintenance
Please note that the grassy area between the sidewalk and the street in front of your house (corner lots, side areas included) is your responsibility to keep maintained. Please be sure to edge along this area also.

Vandalism and Suspicious Activity
Vandalism is expensive to individual homeowners and to the association as a whole. TPD is stressing that anyone observing any suspicious persons or activities should contact the police department immediately at 850-891-4200. Please do your part to keep a watchful eye on your neighbor’s property and the common areas.
Golf Carts
While many residents enjoy getting to and from the golf course on their own golf cart, please remember that general travel on our neighborhood roads in a golf cart is in violation of Florida Statute. In addition, a golf cart may not be operated by anyone under the age of 14. Violations are considered a noncriminal traffic infraction punishable by ticket/fine.
